We used to love Oxford street when the man who owned it was there. Lately his family runs it and the people behind the counter are more than unpleasant., superior attitudes, RUDE and poor customer service. When asked to speak to the lady who owns it she again was unpleasant and hard to understand. not good business

Oxford street used to be my first stop however over the past year or so it has gotten worse. Customer service is the number one focus in retail services and to oxford street it seems to be the last. The employees were rude and the man behind the counter was very unpleasant. It's unfortunate to see a family business get worse. I hope they make the necessary changes

Not a good experience, they have a fathers day deal but the expensive prices are what you are charged instead of affordable prices marked on identical items. I think that the price is marked they should honor it not find the same item with a higher price.

My whole family and I have shopped at Oxford Street for many years. Having 4 boys in the family made it essential for me to find a vendor with quality merchandise at reasonable prices for me to dress my boys fashionably. I would recommend this establishment highly. I've only been disappointed once, when someone sold a suit that I had put in lay-a-way for Easter holiday. I shared this with the owner and he did everything he could to make it right.
