I have used this service since 2008, when they first opened. Over time they have become worse and worse about picking up my trash. They dont even bother on the holidays, you would think they would pick up early or let you know something! Instead, not a sign or word from them. So expect to have piled up trash every time a holiday rolls around. ( Nothing like piled up trash in your kitchen, for you company to see while their over.) Then you call and you get the smarmy secretary on the phone, who wants to get an attitude. Dont bother with this service, they are a joke! They should do us all a favor and just close the doors. Ill be changing my service to someone else RIGHT NOW. WHAT WASTE SERVICE JUST LEAVES YOU HANGING EVERY HOLIDAY, WITH TRASH EVERYWHERE, SO THEY CAN HAVE A 3 DAY WEEKEND??? I give them one star because I have too!!!

This is one of the worst, if not THE worst company we have ever used. I hate that I even have to give them one star. Our bill and our payment are always on time, but THEY rarely are. Kind of funny considering what their name is. Anyway, our trash is supposed to be picked up every Friday, but we can't ever count on it. Once, a couple months ago, they didn't pick anyone's trash up in our neighborhood for 2 weeks...2 WEEKS!!! Even still, if they don't show up on a Friday, it will either be Saturday, Sunday, Monday...or much later, we never know until they actually show up. They are far from reliable. Meanwhile, our trash cans are overflowing, making it easy for cats, dogs, raccoons, etc. to spread trash all over the street, that we have to pick up. This week again, on Friday, they never showed up, Saturday came, and nothing still, on Sunday they showed up and finally emptied it. A lot of people in my neighborhood use them, including me, as they are one of the cheapest, but I just called another company who works our area, because I am done with On-Time. The new company I'm going to be using now, costs a little more than On Time, but to us, it's worth it. I see their truck coming through here all the time, and they seem to be a lot more reliable than On Time is.

We have problems having the trash/garbage picked up. They do not return phone calls from messages left questioning the trash/garbage not being picked up. We pay the bill on time, they should pick the trash/garbage up on time or at least have the courtesy to the customer of returning a phone call or answering the phone and explaining things.

WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

I was actually hesitant to give this place one star but assumed I had to so did. I have used this place for a bout a year and I will tell you this: when they actually DO pick me up "on time" it shocks the hell out of me!! Since the beginning of the year, my trash has been missed ATLEAST 4 times! Today i cancelled my service because it has not been picked up since the 15th of February! The trash I put out on Friday, February 22 is STILL outside! On Friday I received a call back and the guy I spoke to said HE would be out the next day and he was. HOWEVER, I have two trash cans side by side and only one was taken! Today he is coming to get my trash but Im sure it's ONLY because hes got to pick up my trash can because I am cancelling this service!
