Some people think expect a magician and when they cant get exactly what they want, they want their money back. I personally had a great experience with Melissa Sugar. She was charming, personable, was very straight forward with me. I made a mistake and I knew I would have some consequences. I expected to have to pay a fine, maybe even go to jail and at a minimum have a criminal record, but she got me on the Bossier Court Diversion Plan and now I am finsihed with my community service hours. No record. She came through with even more than I expected. People should go into the court system without expecting miracles from lawyers and then they just may be happy with the outcome  (Hide)
