Nail Time is unprofessional and rude. I have gone to this company for a while and have tipped well and even even over looked some unpleasant visits but no more. I went in to get a wax with my 15 year old niece and son. She just keeps yelling NO KIds before I can even tell her I need a wax and my niece I watching him. On another visit, she says in FRONT of customers that I must pay with cash but later tells me while I being waxed( yes I still stayed) that they just don't take cards under$10 but this part was not in front of the customers. Embarrassing!!! Why do we stay with companies for so long that treat us so poorly?
