      I love living in the Grimshaw Apartments! My yard is the most keep up yard on the block and when ever I need something taken care of. It gets done in a flash. It's nice to know that they care for the health of all their tenants. Thanks Grimshaw for giving my family and I a affordable and safe place to live.

We offer one, two, three and four bedroom apartments to applicants who qualify. Applicants' income must be less than 50% of area median income. Rental properties in Sheridan include Carrington Home Apartments, Hume Draw, Omarr Apartments and Parker Draw. Located in a pleasant residential area with extra attention to landscaping, the apartments offer: Garages Washer and dryer hook-ups Appliances Air conditioner We are a locally owned company and can provide references upon request. Grimshaw Investments is dedicated to providing local residents with the beautiful home they deserve, and we will work with you to make that dream a reality. Our wide variety of apartments and homes are brand new or renovated within the last 10 years. Maintenance and compliance of our properties is top priority.
