Pool is leaking and concrete is cracked in 2 places. I would recommend that you find another Pool Company. The owner is not a honest person. Last year she sold us on Service and Knowledge. Tells me to call her directly but won't pick up the phone. Always pushes off to staff. Her Team doesn't communicate with each other. I am always chasing them down with what's going on. It's been 3 weeks since we found a leak and I am still waiting to see what they are going to do. When I call to find out, they act like they don't know what I am talking about. Be careful with the owner. She makes promises she can't keep. Late for appointments, miss communicated back fill of my dirt. Problem after problem and then she wants to give me an attitude. Even though the other pool was more expensive, I should have went with them. My pool started in March and we are still not done. I could sit here and write a novel to what I have been through. DO NOT Buy from this company...

The worst pool company ever. Everytime they came into my backyard something was always broken and I had to buy a new one, my motor was not working at the beginning of the season and of course they said I needed a new one. This time I decided to call another local pool company they came in my backyard and had it working in 15 minutes and saved me 3 or 4 hundred. That shows that either their guys are inexperienced or the company are crooks and I think its a little of both. Never trust someone that is always trying to sell you something.
