Just getting into town to start our vacation, we started experiencing issues with our travel trailer. While calling the number to see when they were open again, Mr. Ricky answered and was very polite and knowledgeable. I went to visit his place the following morning for a service repair. They knew the problem just by talking about it, came out to us at the campground very quickly and with all the right parts. This experience was seamless and our family was able to go on about our vacation. This has been the best service we have received from anyone since the day we purchased our travel trailer. The first mobile service for my A/C in Maryville, TN (Onward rv)was bad experience for us. Cost was $380.00 and still had problems.

I inadvertently flipped all 4 of my spring shackles when I jacked my 5th wheel up to repack the wheel bearings..when we got to our campground in Pigeon Forge I saw Ricky's RV Repair working just up the street from us...short story Joe had me fixed in no time, I would definitely recommend this company!

Was in Pigeon Forge for the LDwknd we had 1 of the 2 AC units go down in our Motorhome-we knew what we needed to repair so we called Ricky's as recommend by our campground-the parts guy (Wink was his name) was clueless as to what we was asking for- common AC part (run Capicator) so we thought we would make the trip to the location with part in hand- Boy was that a mistake Wink was still just as clueless and deer in head light looks-needless to say they did not have the part or the guy just didn't know who to look it up. while we waited for 15 min to see if he had it as he just walked around 4 other customers came in the store and WInk or the lady working there told them as well that they didn't have what they needed either. camping neighbors had also we down to see what they had as they had been in before and said that they had some nice stuff in the past but so disappointed with them not having anything worth the trip.I would not waste your time calling or going by there. On my 6 hour pull to Pigeon Forge I was made aware that my brake lights were not working on my travel trailer. This makes for a stressful pull through Chattanooga. I really needed to have that fixed before my trip back home. I went to Rickys the first morning there and they diagnosed the problem with my truck and charged only a nominal fee. Very friendly and responsive to needs.

we purchased and sent to ricks a lift and a scooter cover to be installed on rear of our van. after they installed the hitch and mounted it we discovered they sent the wrong size cover they returned it and we got the correct one sent there also. they was all great in making an adjustment when we returned to make raising the lift in travel position w/o the scotter. this is a great place !!! and fair priced in the work !!
