my experience was, very unsatisfactory starting with the delay of time, that the rep, had estimated for completion, three days passed there was no phone calls or answers to my messages. Once the computer was picked, on the fifth day the first time, to find out it did not work, the computer was brought back, a few more days again, there was no update calls as to what it will be done or what is the problem, if I would like to proceed with the work or not. When I picked my computer again, they charged me an extra fee. When it has not work to start with!. I ended up paying almost what the computer its worth at this time. I'm not sure if it works anyway, as I was so dissapointed with all the delay and time lost. For my experience it is not a honest place to bring your business to.
