Will NEVER go back to any Quality Sewing & Vacuum Centers again. Have taken my Miele vacuum cleaner twice in for remairs. Everytime was told that the repair would cost about $275 and that it would be better to trade my vacuum cleaner in on a new model. In the first case, bought a new power head via the internet and my machine worked fine for another 2 years. Thinking that they had made an honest mistake the first time, when my vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working, I took it in to another branch of this company. I was told it needed a major repair and that it was not worth fixing my machine at the price it would cost for the repair. After several days of asking, I got my machine back and took it to another repair shop. It only needed a new plug!!! Cost $25 to fix! If I had listened to the shifty repairman at Quality Sewing & Vacuum, I would've spent hundreds (if not more!) on a new machine! Very disappointing. They are not an honest company & I will never go to them again.
