Provided by YP.comOur salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional all in a no pressure atmosphere. The delivery guy, not so much. I paid to haul away my old appliance, he didn't want to take it. He even made an unnecessary comment. The range was installed crooked and although level, one of the leveling legs was not touching the ground. Overall Spencers was great but the delivery was not up to par.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with Nancy at Spencer's at Scottsdale Rd and Greenway was fabulous. I went in thinking if I have a salesperson I like, I'd buy 6 appliances. She was so knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. I bought 6 appliances. And the delivery men were awesome!

Provided by YP.comWe purchased a stacked washer and dryer unit to fit into the existing small space we have. Brian, our salesperson, was very knowledgable regarding our options, and he helped us without any high-pressure sales pitches. The delivery/installation men (Danny and Fabian from Gateway) were prompt, polite, hard-working, and were careful on removal and install. They had everything up and working in good order on the day promised and at the time they said they would arrive. They tested both units and ensured that we were satisfied. We would, and do, recommend Spencer's to our friends and neighbors. This is our second purchase from Spencer's and they met or exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Provided by YPmobileWe purchased Viking appliances for our kitchen in December. We had them install as well. They showed up hours late and didn't leave our place until close to midnight, it was such an inconvenience. The range hood filters were not installed at the time because the installers said the filters were not the right size. No big deal. We understand mistakes like this happen. I got in touch with Derek soon after and told him about the problem as well as our refrigerator door was vibrating really loud. I also sent him pictures of the hood, filters and measurements. He assured me he would take care of the problem and order new filters as well as send out a technician to fix the fridge doors. Months went by and I hadn't heard anything from Derek. I texted Derek to ask for an update to learn that he hadn't done anything. He sent out a technician to check the refrigerator doors. The technician said we needed new doors. Ok no big deal they can order them... We come to find out we need another "Viking" technician to come out to check out the problem as well. We setup the appointment and the Viking technician comes out to survey the problems. He as well said we needed new parts for the refrigerator. The next morning my wife and I wake up to a refrigerator and freezer that had been shut off. All of our food was ruined in the fridge and freezer. I called the North Scottsdale store to speak with Derek as well as leaving my phone number for the manager of the store. Only did I receive a text message from Derek. Not a phone call, but a text. Nor did we hear back from the manager of the store. We have bought appliances through Lowes previous to Spencer's. We always received great service from Lowes. We will never do business with Spencer's again. Here it is middle of June and we still have a vibrating Viking fridge and no range hood filters. Spencer's has horrible customer service.

Provided by DexKnowsI bought a new stove and refrigerator from Spencers. I was assured of the prompt delivery the following Saturday. On Saturday they delivered only the refrigerator which came with a dent but no stove, because they sold it to someone else. It has taken over took over 10 calls to store manager and sales person to get my stove delivered 11 days later which is missing the right connections. I'm still waiting for the refrigerator door to be replaced. I would not recommend Spencers to anyone.

Provided by DexKnowsThey do not have a return policy so if your appliances come damaged do not accept them, once you do you are stuck with them. They will try to give you money off or try to repair it, but they will not take them back or replace it.

This dealer has 36 Better Business complaints against it. Many remain unresolved.New dishwasher installed by contract installer never made it through fist cycle. It blew a circuit breaker and fried some electrical parts inside. Troy at Spencer's promised to repair or REPLACE right away. 4 days later, contract service man arrived and said new parts needed would take 2 weeks and then a few more days to schedule repair. At this point Troy denied ever promising replacement and said he could only try to expedite parts delivery, blaming Whirlpool's warranty policy.I wrote to Whirlpool customer service and got no response. Wrote to Spencer's home office in MESA . . no response.
