(More) Poor service, poor quality, did not send what was ordered and paid for in advance. This florist was utilized by an online flower service I use on a regular basis. A picture and specific description of the arrangement was provided. What was sent and what was ordered were at two opposite ends of the spectrum. BEWARE if you are ordering from out of state and do not have the chance to see what they send. I was fortunate to see what was sent because it was for a significant celebration and I flew in to town. Normally that would not be the case. I was embarrassed by what they sent to say the least. The online service had a satisfaction guarantee and gave the Pink House an opportunity to pick up the arrangement in a specific time frame before I could be refunded. They never acknowledged it or picked up the arrangement. I was refunded, but would have preferred to have the right arrangement instead to mark this special occasion (which is why consumers use florists) instead of this hassle! (Hide)

WAS ALSO PROMISED A FULL REFUND THEN LEFT MESSAGE THAT COULD NOT DO REFUND DUE TO ARRANGEMENT NOT BEING RETURNED. I PLACED ORDER FROM OUT OF STATE, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO RETURN ARRANGEMENT. THIS FLORIST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE. (Hide)
