They have great customer service when they are trying to get your business, but then when you need them to come back out for a service call they can never give you an exact time. I was told the technician would be showing up between 9 and 10 am and he did not, then I called several times in the morning and finally the technician calls me and says that he will be at my house at 3 pm. At 3:45 pm he is still not at my house, so I call again and finally he calls me back and says he will be at my house at 5 pm. So, I waited all day; in fact, he still has not arrived.
