I just want to say that all of the postive online reviews are completely correct and deserved. The people at this spa are just different than anyone else in Savannah in the best possible way. I have been going to Glow for two years and remain a very loyal and happy client. Recently a business account gave me a Spa Gift Certificate to another local Medical Spa- New Youth. I did not want to go anywhere but my favorite spa but did not want to let it go to waste- so I made an appointment there last week. I will post a review about that experience elsewhere- but it made me realize people often only post what a business is doing wrong and rarely right and made me all the more appreciative of my experience at Glow. I will continue to be a loyal happy Glow client and wanted to publicly acnowledge what a great Spa they are! Thank you Glow!

GLOW did NOT make a great first impression! I made an appointment for a Brazilian wax a few months back. Apparently, the new assistant ordered the wrong brand of wax and they failed to try it out before using it on clients. The wax was the self-hardening type that is applied and supposed to come off in one strip. This new wax came off in tiny, painful chunks. It broke the hairs off, instead of pulling them out. I got major in-growns and the hair grew back by the following week. The esthetician said "we sure won't be using this stuff after today" and to make things more uncomfortable, she held a tiny fan up to my fanny to harden the wax faster. If you wouldn't use this product in the future, then you should have rescheduled my appointment! Clients should not be guinnea pigs! Products should be tested before use. I'm also upset that they still charged me their inflated full-price of $75. I paid that much to come out uglier than when I went in.
