(More) Poor to Fair I rent from this company on a regular basis because they are fairly priced and near my home. There is always a high turn over when it comes to staffing and therefore the service quality will flucuate. Often I have to clean the car myself in and out before using it as all they do is hose it off. The quick rinse leaves serious water mark stains on the glass to the point its a nusiance. Rarely is the car vaccumed and clean. Sometimes the cars are just filthy inside, if you are wearing nice clothes it will soil them. They tell me they have little control over what their customers do with the car. I would rent elsewhere, but isn't it all the same anyway? (Hide)
