I recently switched to this pharmacy from a large chain. I appreciate their ability to delivery anything (even Tylenol and bandaids) the same day. I am a new customer and they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I am grateful to have found a place that will do that. There are not many like that anymore. I will be a customer for a long time! Thank you again for making sure I am taken care of. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and the care they have given me.

I appreciate the delivery they do for me. All I have to do is call and within a couple of days the medications are delivered to my door so that I don't have to go out.

They are one of only 2 independent drug stores in the Saint Cloud area. I always shop local, but beyond that, they work hard to do a good job for our clinics patients which is why we recommend them. I learned about them from Steve at The Apothocary.

I just received a very bad customer service care from Sauk Rapids village gifts located near Coborns. I was addressed with a rude voice, with no respect, by the employee lady maybe the manager. She made me feel as if I was irresponsible or guilty. I fet that she did not take me seriously,maybe because of my french accent. At the end, it turned out that the mistake and the error was theirs, but I received not a slight word of apology. I am complaining because anyone should be treated with respect and with dignity. This is my first and last service with Village gifts.

Highly recommended! Caring and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices with exceptional service. Only suggestion would be to offer on-line prescription refill requests.
