I went here recently for a make up application in preparation for a day event. At first, impressed, looked very clean and was nice. However, that ALL changed. 10 mins before my appt. the make up artist told me he would be right with me, and continued foiling someone's hair, which was fine since I was early, but then its now 10 mins after my appt time and he pulls out his make up bags, proceeds to clean his air brush machine, as I continue to wait, now going into 15 mins past my appt. time. all while chatting ( talking negatively about a client ) and taking his time. He then pulls a chair over next to the hair station he was working at, calls me over and I sit. He begins with the airbrush machine which is not working correctly and he has to keep stopping to play with it. Once that was done, he starts applying to my eyes, as I glance, I notice that he is fishing through his bags to find brushes, I noticed that the small glass table that held their brochures and my cell phone and wristlet, is also were he spread out his make up.at one point open make up jars (blush) and a brush where sitting on my cell phone!!!! Between opening and closing my eyes during the application, I continue to take glances, I see the airbrush machine sitting on its bag, and the liquid that was left over in the top of the machine has spilled onto the bag, as I'm sitting there, he stops what he's doing and attempts to wipe the make up that spilled onto the bag, with a tissue. While watching him do that, I see his glasses are sitting on top of the open trifold eye shadow kit ( glasses on the open make up!! ) Next my lips are done, all while my eyes are closed to let the liquid eyeliner dry. So I cant see but Im pretty positive he used the wand right from the gloss tube. I cant be 100% sure as my eyes were closed, but most women would be able to tell the difference between a gloss wand and a q tip or sanitized lip brush that they are supposed to use!!!! If I wake up with cold sores around my mouth, this will be my first thought!!!

I have had my make up done a few times before elsewhere for weddings, all those places had a beautiful, clean, organized make up station!!!!!

This was the WORST experience ever with something like this. It was incredibly UNPROFFESSIONAL!!! And this will not be the only means of getting my experience across to others. Word of mouth for this particular service will not be sugar coated!!!
