I have only used this Car Service a total of three times, and I'm a firm believer in my "gut feeling", so when I chose this company to transport me, I wasn't surprised that my feelings were correct. I received what everyone seeks when they choose a service of any kind. I was greeted with a smile, the Driver confirmed my destination prior to proceeding there, the car itself was immaculate, roomy, climate controlled, smelled clean, and the ride was a comfortable one! I don't know what everyone else is looking for when they hire a Car for their transportation needs, but I, got more than I could've hoped for. They are the ONLY Car Service that I will ever choose to use and I highly recommend them as a Company as well as the Professional Staff who works with them.

I would also give this business a zero if possible. I used them for an event and have never been more disappointed in the service provided. Rude, overpriced and late. Waited over an hour for a ride back to my hotel from the venue (less than 4 miles away). Would NOT recommend them.

Ive taken stagecoach plenty of times and the cars are always clean and smell clean so I dont know what that person was talking about that wrote a reveiw on oct 4th. Goes to show some people just love to be miserable.

Possibly the worst taxi experience I've ever had. The cab was filthy inside and out.The driver was even more disgusting. He and the cab both reeked of tobacco smoke. Driver kept his seat jammed all the way back so that my wife and I had very little leg room available. Driver made no offer whatsoever to help my wife with her bags. He made whistling noises between his teeth throughout the ride, grunting in response to any questions my wife asked. Driver refused to unlock the doors until we had paid him when we arrived at our destination. If you need to employ a taxi service while in Saugerties there are several reliable businesses from nearby Kingston and Rhinebeck ... and they're cheaper and much, much cleaner. AVOID Stagecoach Taxi.

Absolutely terrible and I would give it a zero if I could. I have never been treated like this in my life. We got in the car and asked how the driver was doing. His response was short and negative. We then told him where we were headed and he didn't know where it was. After explaining, we inquired about the 5 dollar cab ride. He said that only applied within the village. Being from New Mexico we weren't sure where the village ended so we asked. He said the s turn. Being from New Mexico we weren't sure which was the s turn so we asked. The answer we got was rude and condescending. My boyfriend asked the driver to not speak to me that way and then said if he had a problem he should let us out. The driver slammed on his brakes in the middle of the bridge and made us walk from there. I was much happier to walk in the frigid weather than spend another moment with this terrible person but he didn't even stop in a safe place. We couldn't get to a sidewalk and had to walk close to the guardrail to prevent getting hit by a car.

Great service and picked me up right on time. Good to have a reliable taxi service in such a convenient location!

Polite, courtesy drivers who know the area well. Always on time and very reasonable rates. Only $5 in the village of Saugerties - can't beat that!
