Useless and lazy people work at the post office! They don't answer the phone, they are rude and just a plain waste of air. Use online banking, email or any other means besides the Post Office!

Staff at the windows are usually pleasant, but TWO packages sent to my home were listed as delivered and never delivered, my mail was lost when I asked for it to be held, they had no idea where it was, mail arrives crumbled and folded into the mailboxes, and the same things have happened to at least 3 other residents in my apartment complex. By phone they are not helpful in finding the packages, in person not always either, they have a "we can't help you" attitude.

Some of the longest waiting lines anywhere! No Change of Address cards in the lobby so must wait in line 30 mins. just to get a COA card???

WHAT?????? No phone #???? Today is the 3rd time I haven't received a Priority EXPRESS package on it's due date!!!! What is going on over there???? Also if I have to mail something, or anything that requires desk assistance inside the line is approx. at least a 10 minute wait... SMH
