This is especially appropriate as the baby boomer generation reaches middle to late middle age. There are many tools available that we can use, most of which are simple office procedures. The number one tool is the regular use of sunscreens. This alone will add years to the life of your skin. Next is the use of products such as Retin-A or glycolic acid, which can be applied at home and can be incorporated into a program of peels done in the office. As we move on, the next major innovation has been the use of Botox. This product which is injected painlessly in the office can eliminate facial creases, worry lines, and crow's feet.
