I had bought my machine used from a friend of mine and after a few months took it to these guys. They bad mouthed... (More) I had bought my machine used from a friend of mine and after a few months took it to these guys. They bad mouthed the machine my friend sold me and then lied to my friend behind my back, blaming the situation on me! A couple of months later I gave them another chance to fix the machine. I dropped it off at noon on a Tuesday, and did not hear anything from them. I called them the next day at noon to get an update - they told me they knew nothing about the mower as of that moment. I found out later that same day that they had called my friend (the guy I bought it from) and asked HIM if they should fix it!! (Because they thought I hadn't paid him for it) Listen, this sounds like a soap opera - but I'm telling you, DO NOT take your equipment to these guys. Pro Lawn Supply is anything but professional. They have been giving me the run around for a day and a half making calls behind my back when I took the machine in to get it fixed. They don't deserve your business. Enough said.  (Hide)
