Great company

One hell of a scam,they told me I won a vacation, make me sit through a sales pitch even though I was told it wasn't going to be a sales pitch, give me paperwork to send in to get more paperwork which is hardly legible, I jump through the hoops , send them a deposit and receive a letter back stating since I didn't send registration via certified mail it is now VOID...... what a scam, they make you jump through the hoops and then hope you make a mistake so that they don't have to give you anything for your time.

Had a great vacation with my sister in Atlantic city, NJ. We checked in with no problem, spent 3 wonderful days and checked out with a zero balance. Everyone is so nice and helpful on the phone Yesterday Tammy R answered my questions about another vacation with my rewards points. cannot wait to travel again

so far grand incentives has done everything promised in a timely way I will review again after our trip w/ them

I also received a $10 check from this company, it only took 9 months, but it did finally arrive a couple of weeks ago. But guess what? The check BOUNCED and my bank is charging me an NSF fee. What a deal we got on that turkey we supposedly got for free because the car dealership I use gave me the certificate, which I'm sure they paid for, so Grand Incentives has pocketed the dealership's money and the saps like me are paying for the turkey plus NSF fees. Stinks.

After receiving a certificate for a $25.00 rebate from Castrucci Chev in Milford Ohio I filled out and mailed it back to Grand Incetives. That was on Dec 17, 2007. I have called numerous times checking on the rebate. Everytime I call I am told it will be mailed in a week or 2 weeks. It has now been 5 months since I first sent it in. It was supposed to arrive in Feb. That makes it 3 months past due. I called two weeks ago and it was absolutely going out in 2 weeks. Well the 2 weeks went by and no check. I called today and they said they needed another week. I am worried because you had to send a copy of your drivers license with the certificate. God only knows what they are doing with that information. I am thinking of contacting the BBB or an attorney to make sure my information is indeed safe. My advice for future rebates w/Grand Incentives - NOW WAY!
