Eldercare Services Unlimited, specifically the owner Kitt Crown-Boltz, treats employees unfairly, or at least this one. I quit after two months due to repeated incidents of Workplace Bullying and Harassment.In addition:Promised $15/hr on Indeed ad, paid $13/hr.Promised $1.25/mile, paid $0.55/mile.Promised 30-40 hours/week, given 6 including 1 hour shifts across town with no mileage reimbursement.Hires "independent contractors" to put the burden of employment taxes on the caregivers, then micromanages worse than ANY employer I have ever worked for, down to the type of car I chose to buy for personal use.Gave me already damaged, very old magnetic signs for my car that I used for one month, then charged me 125% of the full replacement value (IF they had been new instead of well beyond their 5 year max life expectancy) when I returned them.Turned me over to her lawyer when I did not return a $0.68 paper folder from Office Depot.This woman definitely has some issues.I definitely DO NOT recommend working for Eldercare Services.If you are looking for a caregiver for a loved one, the clients are treated well but do you really want to hire someone that gleefully enjoys ripping off caregivers?

After working with numerous other agencies I found ElderCare Services Unlimited to have the best employees and services in Sarasota County...maybe the United States!!! The most caring, understanding, willing to go beyond the call of duty for my parents and our family. I can call any time day or night & know that someone will be there. I recommend them highly. Siesta Key, Florida
