Ask pertinent questions and understand that their contract clearly says they can and will revert to conventional piping methods (which are much cheaper if you just go that route) at their discretion. I apologize for any problems or changes we may have had to take care of that were outside of your understanding for... (More) I apologize for any problems or changes we may have had to take care of that were outside of your understanding for your particular job ,but please understand that in the contract and before the job starts not only the salesman but also the technicians will go over any loose ends. Such as but not limited to any changes which may have to be made before or after the process is completed ie. conventional repiping. What you the consumer must understand is that i the technician knows whats best for your job and system in question, when you sign for the job and we arrive we are in charge. this is not to say we own your house but more like we are in charge of your house if something has to be done, redone, or repaired we the technician treat it as a matter of up most importance. You should be happy with our services when you see our professionalism and behavior also the timely manner in which we finish.
