just the opposite for me: folks were knowledgeable, polite, and able to explain things simply enough for my 70+ brain to get it. It did take a long time for the phone to answer, but once answered the guy was smart and able to explain stuff to me. I would definitely go back and refer my friends.

The phone is always buisy. You cannot get help. The metro online site is constantly experiencing technical difficulties. Very frustrating. Can't get information and staff could care less.

Worst peice of stuff store ever!! No one knows whats going on. their rude and no one ever picks up the phone. Never ever go here, it will be the worst day of your life.
