In somewhat of a panic, I called a number of companies listed in the telephone directory. Unfortunately none of them had time or flexibility in their scheduling to be able to consult with my furnace the following day - until I called your company. The gentleman who answered the phone - I'm sorry, I did not get his name - was very kind and after I explained the problem, asked if he could call me back when he would know the next day's schedule. I got a call from your office saying that they could squeeze me into the schedule and would call me about 1/2 hour prior to the technician's arrival. Everything happened just that way!!!! The best part of the whole situation was meeting Jose. What a wonderful man. Not only was he timely in his arrival, he set immediately to his work and let me know in short order what was wrong, how much it would cost, that he did have the part on his truck and could do the repair right away. Having dealt with more repair personnel than I care to mention, I have to tell you I was thrilled !!! Jose is kind, obviously has a wonderful family - he was kind enough to tell me a little about them - loves and reveres his wife, is a truly spiritual person with prejudice for others. I was honored to have met him. He is, last and not at al least, a most exceptional representative for your company. I just wanted you to know. Please know that I will recommend your services to any and all of my friends, family and acquaintances. This gentleman (Jose) is SUPERLATIVE!!! EXCELLENT Craftsman.
