Our Human Resource Specialist and Recruiter has over 20 years experience in employee training and Organizational Development Administration and will assist with recruiting, training and officer placement. Our corporate headquarters has been located in Santa Maria for over nineteen years. His or her duties vary from account to account, however, their assignments are where their presence is required continuously or during specified periods to prevent unauthorized access. Our pre-hire processing is extensive. We start with an involved application. The application is then qualified. Once qualified, we schedule an interview followed by three different pre screening tests. Our officers must demonstrate reliability and competence long before they are assigned to a client. Once assigned, our officers perform, or we solve the problem. It may be changes in the training or procedures, it may mean replacing an officer on the spot. Duties vary for mobile, but they are senior officers in marked vehicles that randomly check certain facilities during the hours contracted. The random checks will take an officer 8-15 minutes per stop on each account.
