Was a loyal customer for years, purchased multiple sets of tires. However recently they have installed multiple... (More) Was a loyal customer for years, purchased multiple sets of tires. However recently they have installed multiple directional tires on backwards and than blatantly fought that they were not on in the wrong direction, also refuse to honor manufacturer warranties for the multiple defective tires I have recently had. Three to four visits required per problem to have it corrected one of which I had to take somewhere else to have corrected. They used to have great prices but they no longer do, and the free tire rotation and flat repair is no longer a selling point because everyone offers that. Loyal customer for years but will be taking my business and the business of family and friends I had brought there with me elsewhere. (Hide)
