Put metal fillings in my mouth without asking if I had a preference first. Could not explain why I had discoloration on my front teeth when I asked. Was too busy gossiping with her assistant to pay attention to my needs - ie. what she was going to be doing, what was happening, who she was etc. Rubbed numbing ointment on my gums so hard (while talking to her assistant) that I had a painful canker sore for at least two weeks. Had two very disappointing appointments here and would never consider returning. Was told I could make an appointment for my regular cleaning and to have a known cavity filled in one sitting, but was only allowed to have the cleaning done once I arrived. No one discussed prices, bills only had my name and the amount of the payment, no descriptions etc. (Hide)
