I do not recommend this business at all. I have been a customer for 4 years and the service is horrible . I have been waiting since April to get a new CPap machine. There is always a new paper to get and they do not inform me something is still needed. They just wait until I come in expecting my new machine to be waiting for me, then tell me they couldn,t order it. This has happened three times since April 1,2017 and I still do not have a new machine. I ordered a new battery for my portable oxygen machine in july and still do not have that. They simply couldn't care less. I'm trying to change companies but they maybe the only service for me in Santa Fe. They should not still be pretending to serve those in need of oxygen supplies, the breath of life.

I talked to an individual in the Santa Fe Office about delivering or mailing me a Sleep Apnea Mask, tubing and a filter for my machine. He said it would have it out the same day or the next day. As of today, four weeks later, I am still waiting. I have changed to Preferred Home-care, and they do care for you to get your supplies so you can get the rest you need. I DO NOT recommend lincare.

The local people are wonderful, but if corporate screws up your account, forget it. I've been fighting with them for a year and a half. They say I have no insurance and I have full coverage with Medicare.
