We had a remodel with kitchen and laundry and have special needs. We made 3 trips to make our decision and the 3 people who took care of us were knowledgeable and patient. No high pressure to buy here. They listened to our needs and got us what we wanted and we are now in our new kitchen and very happy with the product that was recommended. This store is a must, family owned and it shows. (Hide)

(More) Had been to every retail store in the greater bay area and was having difficulty making certain decisions due to conflicting information from salesmen who seemed to have their own agenda. Was reccomended to University by every contractor and designer I met, but had never personally heard of them. I drove 50 miles south to their showroom on a Saturday. VERY busy. I nearly left due to a long wait to see next available salesman, but the wait was worth the stay. Once I had my guy, he stayed with me and my wife for nearly 3 hours and answered every question in a way that I knew he was trying to help me find what was going to work best for us without rfegard for a "favorite" brand. Purchased $37,500.00 worht of appliances and will go back if I need more. Can't do a new home or a remodel without seeing these guys first. (Hide)
