I had a veneer done here about a year ago. Fell off after 1 year. Mind you, I paid 3000 dollars for this one tooth and his office was very unwilling to work with my insurance (BCBS). The tooth FELL OUT over the holidays. I called his office, no emergency dentist could be suggested. Eventually, I got a call from his office manager. I told her I was in a lot of pain, and that I really needed a dentist. She told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I called the Texas Dental Association who referred me to a dentist who could help with the extreme pain. Turns out he grinded so close to the root, and that this was what was causing my extreme pain. I was also told that his veneer was poorly made (which after paying 3x more for this veneer than any of my others is infuriating) and it was unlikely it would ever stay in my mouth. I will need extensive dental work to repair this veneer and the color was never an exact match anyways... Jenny from his office called me today they returned from break. I told her the story and asked to speak to Dr. D. She said he was busy and probably couldn't speak to me THIS WEEK. Seriously? I don't know if it's because I am young or they only value patients that they deem "worthy" or what, but this place is a sham to give you sub-par dentistry and keep you coming back to pay more and more. On top of that, the pain was unbearable from this veneer breaking and makes "San Marcos Gentle Dental" rather ironic.

Wow what a blessing today has been for me, my experience is a five star treatment , From the beginning of my experience of the first phone call to setting up my appointment to the cleaning with Bobbie and Dr Leal was an ,,,,amazing experience! I will refer you, Thank you so much for making this experience affordable and pleasurable, ( A smiley face. ,,,,goes here!). I plan to return on march 25th for my follow up !
