USAA has asked homeowners not to use this company because of the overpricing. We hired them during a flood situation... (More) USAA has asked homeowners not to use this company because of the overpricing. We hired them during a flood situation in our home. They over charged and will not negoiate with the insurance company . Now they are sending us to collection because of it. USAA is now getting the lawyers involved. Save yourself some headaches and go with another company. This is all over $2000. The bill was 11,000 dollars... give us a break. (Hide)
