I have been using Shaklee products for over 5 years. In 2003, I tore the ACL in my knee and underwent surgery. Four years after having surgery, I was still having some pain. I started taking Glucosamin from Costco and a local nutrition store, but I had no success. Then, I started taking Shaklee's Glucosamin. After a few months of taking the product, I noticed that it had been pain free for quite some time. During the first two years of taking Glucosamin, I had some dull pain. However, the times I had pain were the same times I lapsed on taking the product. My family also uses a multitude of different vitamins, including protein powder.
