Overpromised and under-delivered. They assured me they could get my business phone and internet service taken care... (More) Overpromised and under-delivered. They assured me they could get my business phone and internet service taken care of. Later they said they never should have tried to get service to my address when they decided it was too far from their switching station. I used them for 4 phone lines and internet and it was a great price, but the service was constantly dropping leaving me without phones a few days a week and then it got to be several times a day! They finally decided to remove their equipment and quit. They had good support and friendly staff but the internet connection was awful and so was phone service. They billed me a year later for 3 months when I didn't even have their equipment. It took several calls and they finally removed the charges. NOT worth the gamble when your phones are vital! (Hide)
