It was quick , I fell in love with the car and haven't had major issues with it . Reasonable price for the car too . Not bad for being one owner vehicle . I did my homework on cars before I decided to buy .

worst experience ever first time buying used car and they totally took advantage of me the sold me a truck 3x what it was worth and when I brought up to there attention they raised the note 2000 dollars more for a 1999 vehicle it's ridiculous and the defects car has can be life threatening the first vehicle tried to sale me was painted 2004 ford was a terminar car tried to sale me it with the tanks still in car gave me huge headache made me extremely sick n they didn't want to trade it n then gave me the 99 dodge ram it's older model and the went up 2000 ridiculous and it has all kind issues such as gas monitor don't work nor the emergency brake and the top part were all electribal is has big he wich I can get shocked they don't want to give me my money back nor trade car it's been a nightmare keep in mind I've made all my payments on time and before and this how they treat good responsible costumes been 6 mounth still have not received my plates I'm so done with this dealer I would never recommend this place to no one there unprofessional and worst service ever o stars

I was just starting to look at used cars, I wasn't in a big hurry. I knew I wanted an SUV. The money I had to spend wouldn't be released until the Tuesday after I happened upon Auto outlet. This was on Sunday, Father's Day, I found an expedition I loved. It was a 2006 but fully loaded and in good shape. Still nervous about buying used and ten years old. I didn't want to finance. I had a certain amount I wanted to spend. The expedition was a 3 thousand out of my price. After negotiating, they came down to just $500 above what I had. They agreed to let me drive that expedition off the lot that day, return by Wednesday with the amount I had and let me pay the rest over a couple of months. I was amazed. They really were friendly and helpful.

All the people at S.J. Auto Outlet are very helpful and no pressure sales. I highly recommend this dealership.
