I first heard about this company from another search engine. Then, I promptly forgot about them until a couple of... (More) I first heard about this company from another search engine. Then, I promptly forgot about them until a couple of months ago, when I needed a plumber. I called at 4:58pm, on a Friday, STRESSING about getting a machine. to my surprise, I got a human being! Not an outside hired operator type, but an actual, professional employee, who promptly told me how to shut-off my water heater temporarily, until they can fix it the next day.Let me see, I didn't have to blow my Friday dealing with a plumbing problem and the guy I spoke with, Robert, even came the next day and I wasn't charged a special "Saturday" rate or anything!Kudos to Friendly Plumber.
