Your guy changed the price on me he told me it was going to be one price to let me into my house and then when he was done the price had gone up! Not happy!!!

got it taken care of...We had a sticky problem with who was coming into the office, and when. After trying to handle it ourselves we called Grah and they understood our problem and suggested that they needed more information to make a suggestion. They had a couple of people come out and get the full download, then looked a the doors and the office. It was not cheap, but they came back with a solution that givces us more than we had thought possible. Everyone in our company is now on a schedule for some areas. Totally eliminated the concern we had about people getting into our server room. Grah now comes to our office once a month to keep up with changes in our personal. I'd do it all again. They worked well for us.

Super, super helpful. We did not know who installed the buildings access control, and the woman at Grah was kind and helpful. We had let a crazy guy go, and really felt we needed to change the access control, and the locks. The Grah folks got us hooked up, and got us new cards. They made it easy. They get my 5 stars.

Althought I recieved the contact info on Grah from a co-worker, I'm careful with who I give access to my stuff. The phone person was nice, and gave me confidence that they might know what they are doing. I met the tech and he looked ok, and things were looking up. Our Assn. had several people try and work on our gates and not be able to get tehm to keep people out. The guy from Grah told me what they could, and could not do. (who knew you could not lock people inside in a crouwded room?) Although it cost more than we were expecting, we really got our problem taken care of, and that is the best deal of all. I say call if you want some expert advice. Good experiance.

I called and they were professional, and helpful. I really do not have the background in security, so it is good to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. I would suggest you use them for and door/security type of thing.
