I requested the packing service and the movers Travis, Tony and Joe came well prepared with all of the packing materials and tools to make my move a breeze! I was completely packed and moved in one day! I was very impressed. The communication with the movers was excellent, they placed all of my items where they needed to go, and even loaded our children's beds on the end of the truck, so they were first off to be assembled. Thoughtful, really good movers. (Hide)

(More) We hired these guys about a month ago when we had to move our stuff from our house to a storage place, after we saw the excellent feedback online. On the day of the move, everything seemed to go wrong. First came the flat-out, 'not my job' kind of refusal to disconnect the washer/dryer which had been promised that it would be done. It took a stress inducing call and some back and forth to sort out. Then came the silent, not talking with a straight face, not taking any instruction whatsoever, sort of hostile behavior from the two guys who were moving the stuff. What little I had to tell was ignored or barely acknowledged. When I asked them to be careful with the red X marked fragile boxes, one of them said, "if we didn't pack 'em, we don't really care". I was shocked and taken aback and decided not to interact with them after that. We just hope you're not unlucky enough to end up with these guys on the day of the move. Nobody deserves that. (Hide)
