I met Dr. Ruth over nineteen years ago and got help from her for depression,anxiety, substance abuse and emotional abuse. I cant imagine what my life would have been like if I hadnt gotten the help I needed. I had been to other therapists, but none of those therapists could help me get better. I came to Doctor Ruth to resolve my anxiety as an alternative to taking medications. After several sessions the day came where "snap" my brain let go of the notion that anxiety was a necessary state of mind for me. What a relief. I did not want to spend the days of my life taking pills that only mask the problem while adding unpleasant side effects to the mix.

I had always been skeptical about hypnotherapy and treatments of such nature. So at first when I met Dr. Rush I was a little hesitant and didn't have much faith in what she could do. 2 months later and that all changed. Dr Dianne is amazing! I was apprehensive at first but now I wish I had gone to see her sooner.
