Sam did not prevail in my case after ~$6000 in fees, though it was a complicated real estate case and the other sides counsel would not meet in the middle or entertain a win-win settlement. (Hide)

(More) It seems incongruous for a client to complain about not being able to schedule an office conference when he stated we were "almost always available," responded "quick" via emails, yet balked at paying the attorney's fees to perform the work. My law firm will meet in person with a client 24/7, and always seeks the most efficient method to communicate (whether via email, fax, telephone or office conference). (Hide)
