I needed medicare, but I did not understand al the choices, medi gap, prescription coverage, advantage plan and all that stuff. It was all so confusing. I'm not a spring chicken any more you know. Since there were a few good reviews, I figured it could not hurt. I put in my information on the website, and later I was contacted by the owner who asked how was I doing during the holidays. I was surprised! I could see that he really cared about my welfare. After talking for a while we set a time to go over all the options at his office. He even brought in his lovely health insurance to expert. She was so knowledgable. We spent about an hour going over the options. When I left, I felt good. It was all clear. They will be my agents from now on. I am very happy with their service, and highly recommend them.  (Hide)

I was not told I needed renters insurance at the last minute and no one was open. I did not want to go to other mass produced insurance companies, for I have had bad luck, no service, and there prices are always higher. I called a few places but they were either closed or they could not provide insurance as fast as I needed it. So I checked the highest rated page, and called this company. I was shocked! They hooked me up! Within a half an hour they actual sent the proof of insurance to the apartment complex themselves, and took care of everything. They treated me like gold. Thanks Guys! My neighbor said this was the best insurance place she has ever been. The agents were good looking, smart, and the price was great. I never knew how important insurance was. Thanks Guys...Your The Best!

They had the best customer service, and they care too. The price for the amount of coverage was very good. I highly recommend them! Kathy, Temecula
