Provided by YP.comMy 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport was beginning to overheat in traffic. I replaced all other parts except for the waterpump since that was beyond my expertise. It took some time to complete this job since we had to order several other involved parts including a crankshaft position sensor and belts; however, it was worth the wait since the vehicle is running perfectly right now. Temperature gauge indicates the temperature is consistently running exactly where it should be regardless of highway or traffic usage. The cost of the repairs was actually a little less than what he quoted me even though they had to open up the engine a second time due to defective part. I recommend bringing your Mitsubishi to this dealership for repairs. They will find the problem and fix it right. Just be patient, respectful and give them the time they need to do the job right.

Provided by YP.comI Do NOT recommend this dealership! The car salesmen especially Coleman, the finance mgr. Rollins and Sales Director Walker have horrible customer service. They misled and deceive consumers and their selection of cars' sales prices are not the same once you go to buy. Please BEWARE of this dealerships scams & schemes!

I recently bought a 2010 Mitsubishi lancer and am very satisfied. The salesteam was very nice and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I had problems with other dealerships getting me a good deal but west loop came through. I don't know how they did it but they got me a great price with low affordable payments. Thanks west loop! Keep up the good work. Israel.

This dealership got the deal done after other dealerships could not. After a bad experience with a Corpus Christi dealership we turned to West Loop. I have never seen a sales team work so diligently to seal the deal, and our situation was challenging. I am referring friends to this dealership because I appreciate their knowledge and experience.
Bought a Lancer from this place. Charged for extended warranty which cost a lot but worth nothing. They did not give me contract timely and they were not honest about their fault. I will not recommend this place to my friends definitely. I was wondering, did you guys receive the warranty contract (pink copy) timely? This is important because the warranty is cancelable within 10 days of receiving the pink copy.
