Suddenly stopped returning voice mail messages, despite repeated contact attempts. Finally, 2 weeks ago, was able to receive home service. Prepaid annual services for myself & daughter. Daughter NOT yet serviced despite repeated calls for service. Company rep told me their phone lines had been accidently damaged by vicinity work, thus disconnecting their phone srvc. Accepted this explanation until no further contact with daughter's srvc. needs met. True, daughter hard to reach, but has 24/7 voice mail srvcs.Repeated calls again without contact results since my home srvc.Notified company to cancel daughter's annual srvc. contract due to our srvc.dissatisfaction/lack of service. Filed complaint with S.A. Better Business Bureau for resolution.This had been an Excellent company to do business with-SAD to see this situation develop!! Prior easy appointments accessibility.Desire ACCT. refund. I won't renew my annual contract with company.  (Hide)
