First of all, this was my first experience buying and selling and Suncoast Title and Escrow did a fantastic job educating me on every step in a way where I felt empowered without being overwhelmed. They were point person on all of the upgrades and maintenance we had done on our original place before it hit the market. In addition to making sure what we wanted was done, they added a few touches theirselves and took care of some of the cost!
