The worst place to live in San Antonio. THE MAINTENANCE MEN STEAL!!!! YOUR JEWELRY, YOUR IPOD, ANYTHING THAT CAN BE CARRIED OUT SUBTLY WILL DISAPPEAR. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE. POLICE WERE CALLED AND THE OFFICE COULDN'T TELL US "WHO WAS IN THE APARTMENT THAT DAY" AND THERE WAS NO MAINTENANCE NOTICE IN THE APARTMENT. ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS THAT "SOMEONE" WAS IN THE APARTMENT. YOU'LL END UP IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF YOU RENT A PLACE HERE!!! BEWARE!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Roach infested and major pipe problems. My upstairs neighbor had a major water leak and maintenance resolved the issue by drilling 13 HOLES in my ceiling so the water could drain into my apt with all my stuff everywhere. They did not even bother to call me and let me know what was going on. I got home after work Fri evening and find water everywhere, the sheetrock is falling apart and the stench!! They turned off the a/c with all the windows closed in the 100 degree weather and then tell me there's nothing they can do for us. They didn't want to give us another apt either! We took lots of pictures and then went to management and argued with them until they agreed to break our lease without any fees.Two other friends lived there also and the same thing ended up happening to them! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS...SUCH A MESS!

I am new to San Antonio and needed a place to stay on short notice. The girls in the office were very nice and they helped me find a cute apartment at a great price! I was skeptical about moving here because of some comments listed on the web but my experience thus far has been great! And I have two dogs and they didn't even charge me pet rent! So I just wanted to post something nice about the place since I did have a good experience. Ask for Sasha .. she helped me and even took me to every available apartment until I found one that I liked. She was great!
