My husband and I were patients of Dr. Mark For 15 years or more. He is companionate and caring. He saved my husbands life when he he had DVT. He saved my life when I was released from an emergency room and sent home after taken by ambulance I had not had a check up in several years. I went to his office the next day and he immediately had me admitted to another hospital where I was diagnosed with pneumonia, super hyperthyroidism, and diabetes.

My family has been seeing him for years. I have been seeing him for many complicated different medical problems and he treats or coordinates all of it for me and refers me to a specialist if necessary. You get top notch Medical care! And Dr. Drogin REALLY listens to everything you have to say and addresses all of your medical issues. (You also get the intangible benefit of his years of training in psychiatry.) He doesn't rush you so often times he's running late but his service is worth the wait.

Staff was discourteous and at times down right rude. Dr. was running "a little late" by 2 HOURS and we were asked if we wanted to leave and come back? When speaking to people in the waiting room, it was a common occurance for him to be hours late. If it was a common occurance you think he would have enough respect for his patients to maybe schedule fewer appointments. He obviously can't handle all the ones that are scheduled. I understand a Dr. running even 30 minutes late, but 2 hours is absolutely unacceptable. My time is important too.

Today was quite possibly my worst experience EVER with a Dr.'s office. This was supposed to be my diabled mother's new "fabulous" Dr. YEAH RIGHT!!! 1. It's difficult to find and located in double wide trailer with a bunch of annoying barking dogs right across the parking lot. 2. When we arrived, we signed in, filled out all the paperwork. When I went to return it to them, they made a copy of my mother's insurance card. Upon returning it, informed me that the Dr. is running "a little late....by a...

We have been seeing Dr. Mark Drogin for several years. As a rule, I don't usually trust many doctors; but Dr. Drogin has gone above and beyond in taking care of me and my family. He listens, doesn't talk down to you, is always willing to try to work with you, and truly cares about his patients. I sometimes believe he works too hard; but that is a sign of a dedicated man to his profession. I think his staff is a bit overworked, but they do try to help as much as they can. It is harder to get iin to see him for an appt at times, but you do have the option of going in as a walk-in. However, just remember that this doctor will take the time that is needed with each patient, including you; this means, you may have to wait a while as a walk in. The difference is this doctor is worth the time.
