I had MS. Garza help me with my VAWA case and everything worked out for me and my two children. She was always hones, professional and her fee was reasonable.

I also had a horrible experience with Garza.

It took her 2 years to do (and didn't get done) what took another Attorney 5 and half months !!!!

She didn't know, what INS was continusly asking for, which was the same thing over and over and over again.... she forgot to sign documents, if she did sign them, then in the wrong spot. Phonecalls or e-mails go answered. Very unprofesional and when confronted about her mistakes, then she tries to make them the clients fault.

She was good about taking money, but when it came to show us if she was worth it, she failed miserably. She cost me a lot of money, but all I got was aggrevation and after 2 years of this, had to hire a new attorney.

Absolutely worthless !!!

The only word, which comes to mind to describe her, would be a "Snobby Diva"

I hired Ms. Brigitte Garza to help my husband but, instead she ruined his immigration papers. She laid to INS and to us my husband was deported after she told us that he doesn't have to live U.S.A. One day I.N.S. showed up on my door and deported my husband back to Mexico. I talk to I.N.S. and tried to explained what happened them they talk to Ms. Garza and told her to go down to their office to make arrangement to leave my husband here but she refused to go because she knew she did wrong. Then she told me that she is going to help me but, she doesn't want my husband around her office, after she put him on problems. On another words she just took our money and forget about the case, and belived her. it was a lot of money (talking about some thousands). If you just need problems go to her. Hopely my advice help other people not to make the same mistake I did.
