Along with many Independent Living options, we also offer many healthcare options as well such as Memory Care-Sagecrest Alzheimer’s Care Center @ The Green House Homes @ Sagecrest, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospice, Home Health, Peace of Mind Program, Rotary House of Hope, and Outpatient Therapy.
Now, we’re announcing an exciting new master plan that will expand our services and renovate our campus into one of the premier senior living destinations not only in the Concho Valley, but all of West Texas. Our new master-planned community will combine the best we already offer with great added amenities for seniors!

We’ve taken that expertise and experience and used it to creatively plan a multi-layered community designed to offer seniors an active, enjoyable lifestyle.
We’ve kept everything our residents have come to love about their community-a neighborhood feel, excellent staff and services, and a full continuum of living. As we developed our master plan, though, we added services, new amenities, and renovation and construction projects all designed to make Baptist Retirement Community a home for every lifestyle.
Among our projected expansion or renovation projects are two additional GREEN HOUSE® homes for expanded care, a new, 30-resident assisted living/memory care community, a newly constructed wellness and community center, the renovation of our popular Henley-Mabee High Rise independent living residences, and cosmetic renovations to make our campus a more beautiful place to call home.
