Got a call saying we could pick up a package but we're told we had to wait while they unloaded the truck. We finally found out the package wasn't actually there and that we would have to come back the next day.... Waste of time and so unprofessional.

TERRIBLE. They don't even deserve one star. The phone is off the hook, and I have a package being held there that my business is trying to send for a client. Absolutely terrible service. I would love to speak to someone that is not overseas.

I assume they have all of their services moved offshore. Wont answer phones (blame it on customer service) people in office bicker amongst themselves and then with the cstomer when you show up to pick up a package they already charged you for. and then wont give it to you because it seems to be LOST in the sea f packages. No accountability anywhere. Could it be the UNIONS?

I wish there was a negative star rating. Because Ups deserves a -10. Completely incompetent service. I will never do business with Ups or any business that uses Ups.

Package was scheduled for delivery on the 21st, went out and was brought back to the center. Now they say it wont be delivered til monday and it can't be picked up. Nobody answers the phone. I sent food and it"ll be ruined by Monday. What Bozos. I'll never use UPS again

Won't answer phone. Inflexible with pickup/ delivery option. And "misplaced" my pkg for nearly half an hour after I finally jumped thru all the redicilous hoops

Not at all happy with this service. Phone number off the hook no way to contact business directly. Ups unwilling to deliver a package to our home after my mother initially left off the apt #. The only service rep is in India and they were unable to contact the united states ups service. my mother called urgently so that my husband would go pick up the package today in the 20 min before close or they would send it back. This is extremely inconvenient!!!!
