My Husband and I are remodeling a old home, we torn the carpet up and seen the wood floors they were in pretty good shape except for one room water damage/bubbled up. We want to keep the floors but didn't know if we would be able to fix the damage in the one room. Had some bids and they wanted to tear out the floor and the $ was out of this world. I contacted Three Point Construction for my last resort, should have called them first. He replaced just the bad pieces and re-finished the whole up stairs of our home they are beautiful. A few years ago, Darrell from 3 Point Construction finished the hardwood floors in my East Sugarhouse home. The floors were the original hardwoods and not in the best of shape. By the time he was done, the floors looked fantastic! The original beauty was restored after years of carpet and pets; and now years later they still look amazing. Hardwoods are easy to maintain, and clean. I have asthma and pets and since the carpet was removed and the hardwoods finished pet hair is easily vacuumed. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to finish my floors and am very happy I choose a local business that really knows what they are doing and made me feel like I was a top priority.
